Who can I call to get assistance?

Our aim is to please and help you in any way we can to look after your Maby Beads. If at any time you need assistance please don’t hesitate to contact us.

What does “Backordered” mean?

When you order and we do not have the specific item or amount in stock but we expect it to come in soon, you will be notified by showing “Backordered” in your cart.
This means that we will wait with sending out your complete order until the stock comes in. The delay is in average 3 up to 7 business days.

If you do not want us to put your order on hold and sent out to you what’s already available, we will ask you to for $4.- extra to cover the extra shipping costs.
We will keep you informed about the status of your order at all times.

How do I cancel or change my order after I have submitted it?

We can cancel or change your order up to the time that the order has been sent and you have received the order shipped notification.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, Diners Club and American Express (via the Paypal site) & Bitcoin.
If you want to pay in bitcoin, just leave a message during the order.

How can I check up on the status of my order?

After you have placed your order on mabybeads.co.nz we will send you an email confirmation. Please check your spam folders on your email as sometimes our order confirmations end up here.
You can also check the status of your order by logging into My Account and then going to Order History.
If anything happens to your order we will let you know.

When will the order be charged to my credit card?

We will charge you as soon as you have confirmed your order by clicking the “Pay with Card” button on the checkout process.

Is Mabybeads.co.nz safe?

Extremely. Your credit card number is transmitted by SSL within the secure environment of Paypal.
